A high-end apartment complex featuring only three whole-floor apartments is slated for development in the leafy harbourside suburb of Bellevue Hill.
The development, named Cielo, is being built at 56 Streatfield Rd, Bellevue Hill and is due for completion early 2021. It will feature a garden apartment, a sub-penthouse and penthouse.

The garden apartment has been designed with 189 sqm of internal living space, a 167 sqm terrace and garden area, 33 sqm of parking and four sqm of basement storage space.
The sub-penthouse has 190 sqm of internal space, 33 sqm of terraced area, 33 sqm of parking and six sqm of basement storage. The penthouse has 215 sqm of internal space, a 32 sqm terrace area, 31 sqm of parking and 15 sqm of basement storage.

The asking price for the garden apartment is $5,750,000, the sub-penthouse $5,595,000 and the penthouse apartment is priced at $7,250,000.
The kitchens have marble benchtops and splashbacks with shark-nosed edges and smoky polyurethane and glass. Each entertainer’s kitchen has two integrated Liebherr side-by-side refrigerators, an 80-bottle Liebherr wine fridge, an oversized Wolf convection oven and built-in barbecue adjacent to the kitchen.
